During World War 2 and from 1939 to 1958, my father tried to get restitution for his factory, machinery, house, property, automobile and savings. After my father’s death in 1958, we, the remaining family members, have pursued regaining our family inheritance. Our pursuit has gone on for the past 74 years up to the present time without success. My family and I have exhausted all methods. We have worked with attorneys in Germany, the Lithuanian President, several Mayors of Lithuania, the Consulate and other dignitaries in Lithuania and Germany.
During this lengthy pursuit, we have accumulated all copies of attorney correspondence since the seizure of our family properties. We have over 1000 pages of documents written in German, Lithuanian and English. We also have other original documents and photographs regarding our family properties.
